Which platforms do we typically migrate to Shopify from?

We have experience migrating from 20+ different e-commerce platforms, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Magento, Optimizely, Commercetools, Woocommerce, BigCommerce, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Elastic Path, Intershop, Prestashop, etc.

What is the typical timeline for a re-platforming project?

3 to 9 Months, depending on complexity and ambition.

Can you help me with a pre-study?

Yes, we do pre-studies for migration projects or other reasons, like re-design, etc. We can also do pre-studies, including an analysis of which platform to use - Shopify versus Centra, for example.

Can I schedule a demo?

We offer demos to prospective clients; however, we don't have the resources to do them if you are not interested in a migration project.

Do you work with Shopify Native/Themes or Hydrogen/Headless?

We do both! We are used to many solution architectures since we have the ability to handle enterprise-level complexities.

Do you have a starter theme or pre-built theme?

No, we do custom theme development.

I have a Shopify site. Can you take over the retainer?

Yes! Definitely—we do that quite often. We can also collaborate with the existing agency, where we, for example, do optimisation but they continue to handle the backend integrations, etc. We offer various retainer models, let us know how we can help!

Can I hire a Shopify consultant/expert from Grebban?

Yes, we offer expert services, Shopify-trained project and program managers, and other interim services, as well as interim services for Shopify developers and designers.

Can I use Grebban for only the design work?
